I love sweet little appetizers like this that are perfect for parties and potlucks. I'll have to keep this in mind for the upcoming holiday party season. I would definitely prefer using vanilla yogurt for this rather than the plain. I'd also try making this with some flavored yogurts. I've tried it with strawberry/banana yogurt with a slice of banana on top and it was received well.

These cute little treats would be perfect for your next coffee social, or even to set out at a brunch table. I like that they are not too sweet, and since they are nonfat yogurt based and studded with blueberries, (yay superfruit!) you don't have to feel guilty about having more than one! If you can't get those frozen mini tart shells, it is very easy to make your own using thawed phyllo dough baked in a mini muffin tin.
