Chocolate, cheesecake, and peanut butter in the same dessert? You have to be kidding me. I am so ready to grab a spoon and start eating this mousse right up. It sounds delectable. I want to keep this recipe for a big party and show it off on a big tray with whipped cream and cherries on top of the mousse.

I like the flavors. I don't like the taste of Stevia. Since Stevia is way sweeter than sugar, it would take more sugar to make it taste the same level of sweetness. If using all sugar, I would start off with the amount listed and taste and adjust as you go. I would also go with full fat cream cheese.

Chocolate and peanut butter and cheesecake...all in one dessert is just not fair! This recipe looks so amazing! Would regular sugar or even a regular sugar sweetener be able to be used in place of the Zing Baking Blend? If not, where would one find this blend because I have never seen it before.
