This dessert bread is the perfect combination of tangy lemon zest and juicy blueberries. For an excellent finishing touch, top each loaf with a lemon glaze. You can even bake this easy bread recipe as one loaf if you don't have mini pans already at home.

These are so beautiful and I bet will taste every bit as good! The fresh squeezed lemon juice is going to make the difference in a real lemon taste! And the Greek yogurt should give them a little tang that enhances the lemon flavor while giving the mini loaf richness and moistness! I will make two batches-one for me and one to show off at the church potluck!
