  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • hazelnut spread

Instructions

These muffins sound so indulgent and perfect for breakfast or brunch with your friends or family get-togethers. I've never tried hazelnut spread but I assume it would taste something like the hazelnut creamers on the market right? Just a thought... but, maybe putting the hazelnut spread into the muffin pan in layers would make it taste more evenly incorporated so it doesn't seem like the rest of the muffin is lacking?

They do sound really good but my question is how many does this recipe make with the ingredients listed?
