This is one of those slow cooker recipes that make your life a little bit easier. Assemble these Slow Cooker Baked Potato Fans in the morning and they'll be ready just in time for dinner! Small slices are cut in the top of the potatoes to allow the seasonings to soak in, making them super flavorful. The potatoes will come out of the slow cooker tasting amazing. Top them with your favorite toppings, like sour cream, bacon and chives!

I never thought of making baked potatoes in the slow cooker. I often eat baked potatoes as a meal. I scoop out the potato flesh and add leftovers, such as ground beef, to the potato flesh. Mix it up and put it back into the potato skins. Sprinkle over some shredded cheese . Pop it into the oven to melt the cheese and get the potato skin crispy. That is a quick easy, filling and comforting meal.
