    These Beer Braised Short Ribs are simply divine. Once these slow cooker ribs are done, the meat practically falls off of the bone. They're braised in a sauce consisting of Dijon mustard, tomato paste, brown sugar, bouillon granules, and your choice of beer. You can adjust the sauce to your taste, but don't be tempted to swap out the short ribs for spare ribs. Short ribs typically have more meat on them, which means they can feed more bellies at the dinner table. Enjoy these ribs in the evening after they've spent the day in the slow cooker!
