I guess my 'New Yorker' is coming out because for whatever reason, when I read "everything cookies" I was picturing cookies with the toppings of everything bagels (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, etc). However, these are sweet everything cookies with butterscotch chips, oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate! Both concepts sound delicious to me. I think these everything cookies could use a bit more of everything like nuts, shredded coconut, or even sprinkles. It's a great recipe to get creative!
