I had a small dinner party recently (we were six people), and I decided to give it a flair by serving these Terriyaki Chicken Pineapple Bowls. The most labor intensive part of the recipe is preparing the pineapples, but the recipe is otherwise easy to make. The presentation has that wow factor, my guests were truly impressed with the look, and the flavor backed it up perfectly. I made extra rice and chicken in case anyone wanted seconds, and sure enough they did.

I would love to try this. It looks super yummy. I love the pineapple boats. They look awesome. I like Japanese cooking but sometimes they are difficult to make but this has a Japanese flair and is easy to make. I love a chicken and pineapple combination so I am looking forward to making and tasting this.
