These orange marinated chicken drumsticks look absolutely scrumptious! They are mouth watering. I think the use of marmalade is a good idea. I thought this may also go well over some pork ribs or even chops. Yumm! I also liked the suggestions of sides which go well with this dish like couscous and roasted vegetable salad. Yumm!

Such a unique take on a Chinese take out orange chicken recipe! And to answer your question kmcartooncity, I think this would work really well for chicken breasts on the grill! I'm even thinking this orange marmalade would be good to marinate tofu for the vegetarians!

I absolutely love the marmalade marinade for this chicken! I wonder if it would work for doing boneless chicken breasts on the grill. When I order orange chicken takeout, I usually order it extra spicy. So I might try adding a little cayenne or sriracha hot sauce to the mix for a little more heat. This would make a great party food!
