This sounds like comfort food heaven. I love that you take the sauce that you cook the chicken and the pasta in and turn it into a cream sauce for the final product. The chicken sounds so delicious. Could you use broth if you have no wine on hand? I know it would change the flavor, but the rest should work out fine right?
