This recipe sounds amazing! The combination of shrimp, chicken and sausage in a spicy sauce has my taste buds dancing for joy just thinking about it. I'm wondering though...can this be frozen for another time? Although it looks yummy enough to eat the whole pot, I don't think I can, lol...so freezing it would be awesome!

I love the fact that the author gave the recipe for Cajun seasoning, I saved that recipe for when I make other dishes that call for it. This recipe is made with the simplest of ingredients, combined to deliver magnificent flavor.
