I recently tried my hand at a skillet chicken marsala recipe, and it turned out really delicious. I served it over farfalle pasta and couldn't help but top it with some shaved asiago. There is just something about using wine in cooking that gives the sauce such a rich and complex flavor. I can't wait to try this dish using Madeira! It's looks fancy enough for a dinner party!

There are simply no words to adequately describe the wonderful flavor of this Factory Chicken Madeira (copycat) recipe. The chicken breasts were moist and tender, and the buttery wine sauce (I used Marsala) combined with the mushrooms was divine. I was tempted to serve it over rice because of the delicious sauce, but I'm glad I didn't. I served it with crusty Italian bread for sopping it up.
