The leftovers are just as delicious and are perfect to add to a stir fry or just enjoy with your favourite veggies or on rice. You can make this recipe with drumsticks or chicken thighs! We love treating ourselves to this delicious but oh so easy soy sauce chicken recipe. While this recipe shows drumsticks with the skin on we’ve also made it with boneless, skinless chicken thighs and it was just as delicious.
