"A refreshing combination of tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil provides the perfect topping for grilled chicken in this Easy Bruschetta Chicken recipe. The topping can be prepared in advance, although I typically wait to add the fresh basil until I'm ready to serve. Serve the topping over toasted baguette slices for an easy and delicious appetizer. Or, toss it with pasta and Parmesan cheese for another easy dinner option. This topping pairs wonderfully with a glass of Merlot."

This Easy Bruschetta Chicken recipe is one of those recipes that makes me say..."why didn't I think of that?" What a perfect idea, and blend of flavors. I like the fact that the bruschetta is not cooked or sauted, it truly is a beautiful fresh bruschetta that you could just as easily serve on crispy bread. Love the marinade of the chicken breasts, infusing them with flavor. Great, well written, easy to follow recipe. One of my new "favorites"
