"I can’t tell you how much my life has changed since learning how to make this easy chicken fajita recipe. It’s great for a quick weeknight dinner. Honestly, I can have these fajitas on the table in less than 20 minutes, ready to assemble and enjoy. The best part is that the kids love to gnosh down on a fajita. They can load it up with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, beans…anything they want. And that makes it a great recipe in my book.
