Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 3 cups White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 1/2 ounce Capers
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  1. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts into a bowl or plate of flour with a pair of tongs, shaking off excess flour after dredging.

  2. Heat oil and 2 Tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook each side about 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and rest on a plate nearby.
