Chicken Fried Rice

"Chicken Fried Rice- Skip the takeout version and make this classic at home. It's healthier and so much cheaper than ordering in. Ingredients Needed Chicken Rice Egg Soy sauce Mixed vegetables Oil Salt/Pepper/Minced garlic Green onions, optional Chicken: I cooked boneless chicken breast for ours, because, honestly, I had it in my freezer. However, you can use already cooked chicken for this. It can be chopped or shredded, your choice. A cup of cooked chicken is a good amount to start with. Rice: White, brown or a mixture of both will do the trick. Just be sure your rice is already cooked."
