Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs
Make chicken wrapped in bacon a new weeknight tradition.
We're not sure that this recipe needs much of an introduction. What's not to love about chicken thighs wrapped in bacon? Especially when it's this easy to make!
Bacon-wrapped chicken thighs are one of those dinner recipes that will become a family favorite overnight. On random nights when you're trying to figure out what to have for dinner, bacon-wrapped chicken thighs will always be a simple answer that you know will please everyone. We love that this recipe uses dark meat chicken, which is affordable and forgiving to cook (in other words, it's not going to be dry). And of course you can never go wrong with a strip of juicy bacon to tie the dish together. Enjoy!
