Does apple crisp and cheesecake work well together? It sounds amazing! I think the crunch of the crisp will be excellent like a topping for a cherry or apple cheesecake you might find at the bakery. These mini cheesecakes are adorable enough to have at my New Year's Eve party this year.

Mini cheesecakes are so fun to do. Plus, fun to eat. I love the fruit crisp topping. It really tastes great with the cheesecake filling. I think apples would taste the best. That or the pears. Peaches are my favorite fruit, but I don't know if the combination would taste as good.

The apple crisp bites look delicious, I would love to make them for a family get together, I think they would be a hit with the young and old instead of having to make a few different desserts, I have made cheesecakes before but I have yet to use egg in the recipe, any hint or tips when using this in a recipe?
