    Texas Pecan Roca is like Almond Roca, but the Texas version. This bite-sized toffee candy is loaded with Texas pecans with chocolate on top. Once you see and taste this homemade candy, you will be shocked at how easy it was to make. Simply make the toffee, pour it into a greased mini muffin tin, top with a Hershey's Kiss, and sprinkle with extra pecans. When it's cool, you'll have delicious homemade candy bites.
