Scott's 5-Minute Fudge is a great basic fudge recipe. You can use the 3 ingredients, and the technique, as a foundation for a variety of different fudge flavors. I have adapted this recipe by using white chocolate, and crushed candy canes for a delightful Christmas fudge. Don't be afraid to experiment with flavors, use your imagination to create your own "signature" flavor fudge.

I love fudge and this recipe is so fast and easy I can make it all the time! Three ingredients and you have it! I love all the creative suggestions given by the author for different chocolate chips, crushed candy and caramel toppings and stir-ins, as well as different extracts for different tasting fudge, such as mint fudge.

Sooooo good! I'll be making this every year!
