Nutty Holiday Truffles
These Nutty Holiday Truffles are decadent and delicious. It's a perfect dessert for Christmas and will leave everyone wanting more.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/3 cup rum
- 1/3 cup orange rind, grated
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 package (9-ounces) chocolate wafers, crushed
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cocoa
Instructions
- Microwave chocolate morsels in a glass bowl on Medium (50 percent power) for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
- Stir in rum and next 5 ingredients.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in cocoa.
- Store in the refrigerator.
