Nutty Butter Balls

We have one thing to say about these Nutty Butter Balls - they are too darn good! Super easy to make, they are great to bring to parties and share with friends and family. Don't say we didn't warn you but this may be one of the most addictive holiday dessert recipes that we have. We're going nutty for these Nutter Butter Balls and so will you.

Cooking MethodNo Bake


  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped coarsely


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cream butter with peanut butter in large bowl until light and fluffy, gradually adding 1/2 cup of  powdered sugar.
  3. Blend in vanilla extract and flour.
  4. Stir in peanuts and mix well.
  5. Shape into small balls. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes, or until brown on the bottom. While hot, roll in extra powdered sugar. If desired, re-roll cookies, when cool, in more powdered sugar.

sorry, I see the temp in step one now. The last step threw me off when it said bake at ( ?) for 12 minutes,

What is the baking temp?
