Cant' wait to try this! I've made chocolate-covered bacon and bacon infused popcorn (use leftover bacon fat instead of oil), and the saltiness of the bacon perfectly compliments the rich chocolate, and doubles as salt for the popcorn.

Can't wait to try this combination! I've made chocolate-covered bacon and popcorn popped in bacon oil, and as odd as those sound, the salty bacon oils and the rich chocolate perfectly compliment each other, and using bacon oil for the popcorn calls for less salt.
