4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

By: Denise Woolley

If you want to make one of the most delicious fudge recipes ever, but also one of the easiest, here are the the simple steps you take. All you need to make this 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge is marshmallow cream, evaporated milk, sugar and, of course, peanut butter. Anyone who loves making desserts with peanut butter will go crazy for this incredibly simple fudge recipe that takes just 7 minutes to cook up. A sweet treat for when that sugar craving hits, this fudge recipe is one of our favorites!

Serves: 12

  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 -3 serving size spoons peanut butter
  1. Put sugar and evaporated milk in a 5-quart saucepan. Stir until well blended.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until it comes to a rapid (hard, full, rolling) boil. This should take about 20 minutes.
  3. Once mixture comes to a rapid boil, continue to boil for a full 7 minutes. Stir continuously for the full 7 minutes.
  4. When the 7 minutes is up, turn heat off but leave pot on burner. Place marshmallow cream in microwave for 30 seconds. Place the heated marshmallow cream and peanut butter in the pot. Stir until well blended.
  5. Pour into 2 lightly greased 9" x 13" pans. Try to pour equal amounts into both pans.

After the 4 mins add marshmallow cream and peanut butter. Stir until well blended. Pour into 2 9x13. Denise

This was done on a hot plate. On a regular stove turn to 6 1/2 to bring to a rapid boil (this takes about 10 mins) When it comes to a rapid boil turn heat down to 5. Set timer to 4 mins.
