Pokeball Cupcakes

"Pokemon is a funny thing for me. My brother grew up LOVING Pokemon. Fast forward twenty years and now Evan loves Pokemon too. I guess everything old is made new again! Evan would love to have a Pokemon party. Last time he suggested it, though, he asked for me to make each cupcake into an actual Pokemon, like sculpt it with fondant. Um. No. Thankfully, these Pokeball cupcakes are much easier than that! Phew! "
