- 15 1/4 ounces Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 11 ounces Mandarin Oranges
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 2/5 ounces Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup Powered Sugar
- 8 ounces Crushed Pineapple
- 8 ounces Pineapple Tidbits

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Remove 15 oranges from the can and set to the side for topping. Reserve the rest of the oranges and the liquid for the cake mix.
