When I first read the brief description, I honestly thought it was three separate batters. I was pleased to find it much simpler than that. Just one batter that's divided into three and two are flavored. I like the swirl idea, though I could see doing it in the style of neapolitan ice cream with three separate layers. I like the whipped cream cheese frosting and I might use one of the strawberry flavored whipped cream cheese. Looking forward to trying this out.
