Magic Cake

This Magic Cake is such an easy cake recipe that it really is magic! The cake batter separates into layers while it's baking, but you only use one batter to make it. This creamy cake uses very basic ingredients, which are all standard in any kitchen. Dust the cake with powdered sugar and top with blueberries (or any other fruit) when it's done. It's a clean-looking cake that's perfect as a light, sweet end to a summer dinner. Bring it to a picnic or a potluck, and your friends and family won't be able to stay away from it.

I made this cake yesterday, it was absolutely delicious but mine did not look like the picture and I followed the directions exactly. But it sure did taste good.

I have got to say that this cake truly is magic. I made it for a couple of friends of mine and I really enjoyed the taste!

Very good recipe! I do not care for custard pie and that is what this tastes like BUT looks like cake...I was surpised but I DO love this "cake" even though it DOES remind me of custard pie, but with more flavor I think.I topped mine with the XXX sugar and made slightly thickened whole blueberry syrup...very good!

Made this Magic Cake yesterday and was amazed how easy and quick it was to make....I also realized why this cake is called Magic... It is absolutely delicious and will be a regular at my dinner table. Thanks again for making baking fun and interesting!! Heather
