The ladies of my book club ate this Grandmas Sour Cream Cake with such relish that within mere minutes there was not a single piece left! I agree with the reader below that the streusel is the best part so I also made an extra quantity - YUMMM!

Wow. This coffee cake looks so irresistible. I can imagine the taste of coffee in this cake which is perfect with what else..still coffee. I want to try making this.

SO DELICIOUS! And absolutely perfect with a really good cup of coffee! I made almost double the quantity of streusel because, to me anyway, that is the best part! In our home cakes, cookies, desserts do not last very long and this one disappeared in super quick time which means we shall have to have it again, often!
