I enjoy mug cakes as they are big enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and small enough so that I don't feel concerned about having any leftover to tempt me. I've never made one from scratch so this seems to be a good recipe to start with. Does anyone know if I could freeze buttermilk because I can't picture using a whole carton up to make it worth buying. This looks yummy.

OMG I am doomed. How can I resist a Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake that I can whip up in 3 minutes, with ingredients that I always have on hand. How cute is this? My brother is a huge cinnamon sugar fan (and not a huge chocolate fan- lame!) so I am excited to make this cake for him. It's so easy to make, quick, and uses all ingredients we already have in the house. I can't wait to play around with this recipe with new topping combinations!
