Oh my goodness, I love cake and I can't wait to try this out. I don't have ramekins but I think a large mug would be ok as I've made mug cakes before. Has anyone tried something other than a fruit filling for the bottom of the cake? Also, if I chose a lemon cake mix, what would you recommend for the fruit filling?
