Omg yum! Not only am I huge tater tot fanatic but also crazy about some nachos anyway I can get them. Usually, when I buy tons of potatoes on sale I like to make tater tots in bulk and freeze them...but I prefer baking them. This would be perfect for kids or anyone that's a fan of either tater tots or nachos...and you can add some diced cilantro, avocado, and squeeze of lime to take this to another level!

My friend made tater tot nachos when I was over at her house. I had never heard of them before. They were so flipping delicious! I never would have thought of using tater tots. I am looking forward to making this recipe next time that I have company over. They are cheap, easy, and delicious.

I think this recipe will give my kids that taco fix and let me get my potato fix at the same time. I love potatoes any way they are cooked, and this sounds like a delicious way to make a comforting dish that we will all agree on when taco night comes around.

I grew up eating tater tot nachos and taco pie. I have always loved this recipe for the simplicity of it, especially for the way the preparations are set up for an easily assembled tater tot nacho dish that's fast to assemble, done in easy steps, and comes out extremely delicious and perfectly golden brown and gooey each and every time.
