Ingredients

  • 12 cups Stale/Day-Old Bread, large cubed
  • 8 eachs large Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease 13×9 pan.

  3. Cut bread into cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.

  4. In a separate mixing bowl, mix your eggs, brown sugar, milk, and half and half. Add in your vanilla and cinnamon. This will make our egg custard.

  5. Pour over your bread cubes.

  6. Mix together bread and custard, until well mixed.

  7. Let sit for about 20-30 minutes to soak the egg mixture into the bread.

  8. Pour in a 9×13 pan

  9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

  10. Serve immediately. Tastes delicious with maple syrup on top of it!
