Tater Tot Waffles. Need we say more? We don't need to but we will. All you really need to make this easy breakfast recipe is a bag of tater tots and your waffle maker. What could be easier than that? If you want to throw a different spin on hash browns and make breakfast a little more fun, this is a perfect recipe to try. We're convinved that while these are savory waffles, they'd still taste pretty delicious drizzled with a bit of maple syrup. That sweet and salty combo may just be the thing to wake you up in the morning. If you prefer to keep things savory, try pairing them with ketchup or hot sauce.

I have used thawed tater tots before to make potato pancakes using a skillet before, and they were quite tasty, so I am definitely going to get the old waffle iron out and try this recipe! The Cajun seasoning sounds great for my own, but when serving my son I might leave that out, since he doesn't like anything spicy.

What a genius idea! This is a cool way to use your waffle maker!
