This would be a great thing to make in the summertime for breakfast out on the patio, and it won't heat up the house! I make breakfast and smoothie bowls frequently for a quick weekday morning solution for my son before school, and he really likes them. If you don't have blood oranges available, some mandarin orange segments or peach slices would be great in this too!
