Mini Mason Jar Cheesecakes
"Need a fun idea for a party? Try making mini mason jar cheesecakes! I am in love with these little mini mason jars and they make party desserts oh so much fun. The first thing I thought of for this spring jar week is a cheesecake in a jar. Cheesecake is a great dessert anytime of the year but especially when the weather gets warmer. Ingredients
- no bake cheesecake box mixes
- fruit

Mix up your crust mix and add about 1 tablespoon to the bottom of each jar. Press well with a spoon then pile in the filling until it reaches the threads of the jar. I added blueberries and strawberries to the top but you can choose any fruit you like. You can even do cherry or strawberry pie filling! Yum! Then just refrigerate your mini mason jar cheesecakes until they are ready to serve! That is it! You have a stand out dessert for your party!
