I have been trying several new ways to serve oatmeal to my son, who is a very picky eater, but I hadn't had any luck until this recipe! He loves anything that is chocolaty, and loves bananas, so this was a big hit. Much healthier than those chocolate flavored box cereals. I love that this recipe is for a singe portion - so convenient, and less cleanup!
