Baked Buttermilk Oatmeal
"Baked oatmeal breakfast casserole with buttermilk and your favourite jam. Healthy oatmeal, with buttermilk and a bit of jam. It's pretty much a baked porridge dish, or an oatmeal casserole, gluten free and with low GI.It is easy to mix and prepare in just about five minutes and then ready in half an hour. Of course it can be prepared on the night before and put in the oven first thing. Either way one of the best breakfasts I know!"
