Texas Roadhouse Rolls

"These copycat Texas Roadhouse rolls are just like the original - soft, fluffy, square... and the best part is that they're really easy to make with everyday ingredients. Make your own Texas roadhouse rolls right from the comforts of home. Soft, buttery, and slightly sweet, these rolls are just as good as the original! It’s not often that a starter outshines the main course, but I think it’s safe to say that Texas Roadhouse rolls do exactly that. More often than not you end up filling up on those warm, buttery soft rolls slathered in cinnamon honey butter before the actual entree gets to the table. These bad boys are famous for a reason. "

Cooking MethodOven

  • 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

  • 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

  1. Add yeast, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, and warm water to the bowl of a stand mixer. Allow the liquid to double in size, for about 5 minutes.

  2. Place milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the butter and honey to a small bowl, and microwave for 20 seconds. Carefully pour the butter mixture into the milk and stir.
