- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 4 tablespoons Bourbon
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
Rinse ribs in water and pat dry with paper towels.
