How did you make this dish so fun? I love the idea of turning the chicken fried steak into bites. I bet the meat holds the temperature better since it is smaller and has its' own breading. This is the perfect Super Bowl party food. I can't wait til the big game now.

As a South African the name of this dish sounded a bit odd. I mean CHICKEN fried STEAK? Well, whatever the name, the recipe is great and got a huge vote of approval from our whole family! It is tasty, crisp and crunchy and we loved it enough to make it again soon!

I love it when dinner turns into a snack. This Chicken Fried Steak Bites recipe is perfect for those times when you just want to relax and much out. They are perfect for game day, or any other time the family gathers around the TV. Love the idea of serving them with Texas Toast on the side, my first instinct was to serve with biscuits to complete the meal.

Finger licking good steak bites! Yummm I want some. I am definitely going to be making these. I find it is nice to do something like this on a Friday night. Friday nights in my house are Family Fun Nights where we watch a family movie and eat junk food. Once a week is not too bad, it's our 'cheat' day. There's a no veggie rule too on Fridays! These steak bites are great finger food and can be eaten in front of the TV. Something to look forward to if you ask me.

sounds great. Why not cook in a deep fryer? No turning.
