I like the way rice is prepared in this recipe. I usually just boil rice with salt, strain in a colander then rinse with tap water (while the rice is still in the colander) and let drain. By then, all of the flavor is gone. Adding some butter would keep the rice grains from sticking to each other plus give the rice some flavor!
