- 1 pound Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
- 1 can jalapenos
- 1 can green chiles
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 bag shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Thaw Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ (ideally overnight in fridge).
Mix pork, beans, chiles and desired jalapenos in small bowl.
Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, mix in cheese (holding back a bit for topping) and microwave for another 90 seconds.
Remove from microwave, stir, top with remaining cheese, garnish with a lime slice and serve with tortilla chips.
