  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 pound Thin Sliced Bottom Round Steak
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 8 ounce Provolone Cheese
  • 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  2. Heat the butter in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the bell pepper and onion and cook until starting to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
