If you're outside of Canada (or the Midwest in the US), you might be super unfamiliar with cheese curds. But they're definitely delicious, especially in these Loaded Poutine Potatoes. These are made in whole baby potatoes, instead of as fries, so that they're easy to serve as a party appetizer rather than with a sit down meal."
