- 4 Extra Large Flour Tortillas
- 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Green Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Preheat the grill to 300 F.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Butterfly the breasts and cut in half to make thinner cutlets.
