  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced Ginger
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 14 ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 14 ounces Unsweetened Canned coconut Milk
  • 9 ounce Green or Brown Lentils
  • 12 cup Water
  1. Melt the butter in skillet over medium high heat.
