"Fresh homemade kale salad prepared with cranberries and walnut. Kale is in season, so let's celebrate this wonderful green leaf vegetable. Yet, there is something you need to know when preparing kale for a salad. The vegetable is notoriously tough, well it's the stems that are fibrous. I show you how to prepare this vegetable for a salad, that way it will turn out tender, soft and absolutely delicious too. I have added a quick dressing to the recipe instructions, which you can whip up in a few minutes with a couple of simple pantry ingredients. Serve it up as a side dish this holiday season! "
