And this Polenta Squares is a favorite way to cook with this ingredient. Polenta Squares can be served with so many things. You can keep this dish vegetarian and have served with some stuffed tomatoes or you have delicious shakuska(with or without the eggs). You can also make this the accompaniment to a roast beef.
